V3FM Ltd is an organisation established over 30 years ago by Martin Harrison who brought a wealth of experience and skills gained as a senior member of the small team that developed one of the first UK computer mainframe systems to produce, manage and distribute machine bibliography records, eventually providing user access to very large databases for document discovery.

LIBPAC, the orignial company, was renamed V3FM in 2002 to reflect the major work we were then carrying out in facilities management – creating, maintaining and running vast online databases on behalf of clients.

V3FM specialises in producing software and systems that support a variety of database structures, using single or distributed datasets. Our strengths remain in pushing the boundaries of new technologies to produce the foremost software and to provide superior levels of support to users through a knowledgeable, friendly and understanding approach.
